Ashley Leslie Mambo

Ashley is a finance and investment professional with specialized expertise in Tanzanian banking, capital markets, and equity research. She currently serves as a Research & Advisory Associate at Exodus Advisory Services Limited, where she focuses on equity research for both publicly listed companies on the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE) and privately held firms. Her work is grounded in rigorous financial analysis and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mzumbe University, equipping her with strong analytical and strategic capabilities. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Relationship Manager at NMB Bank Plc, where she demonstrated exceptional proficiency in banking operations, client relationship management, and financial solutions delivery.
